Sunbury-based Online sessions No referral needed

Counselling in Sunbury, from the comfort of home.

A Sunbury-based counsellor supporting people across the local area — with online sessions that fit around your life, no commute and no waiting room.

A local counsellor, seeing people online

Reflect Renew Counselling is based in Sunbury, Victoria. If you've been searching for a counsellor nearby, you've found one — I live and work in the area, and I understand the rhythms of life out this way.

Sessions are held online, by video or phone. For most people that turns out to be the easier option: no drive into town, no parking, no sitting in a waiting room. You can talk from your own home, on your lunch break, or anywhere private — often more comfortably than you would in an unfamiliar office.

It also means we're not limited by distance. Whether you're in Sunbury itself or one of the surrounding suburbs, the support is the same, and there's no referral needed to begin.

Meet Deborah

Deborah Haywood, counsellor at Reflect Renew Counselling

I'm Deborah Haywood, and I hold a Master of Counselling (University of Canberra) and a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Swinburne). I'm a Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association. I'm based in Sunbury, Victoria, and I work with clients across the local area and Australia-wide via telehealth.

At Reflect Renew Counselling, I draw on person-centred counselling, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Culturally Sensitive Practice as a flexible toolkit — used when and how they're genuinely useful for the person in front of me, rather than as frameworks to work through rigidly.

Sessions are calm, grounded, and focused on strategies you can use between appointments — not just within them.

Supporting Sunbury and the surrounds

Because sessions are online, you can be anywhere with a little privacy and a connection. People I work with are often based in or near:

Sunbury Diggers Rest Toolern Vale Bulla Wildwood Clarkefield Riddells Creek Gisborne New Gisborne Gisborne South Bullengarook Macedon Mount Macedon Romsey Lancefield Melton Greenvale Craigieburn

Not on the list? That's fine — online counselling isn't tied to a postcode. If you're anywhere in Australia, you're welcome to get in touch.

How sessions work
