What are sessions like?
Sessions are held by video call, so you can talk from home or anywhere private. Appointments are available seven days a week including evenings.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly online — there’s no waiting list or intake process, and you’ll see the next available time before you enter any details.
What will it cost?
The Fit Call is free. A standard 60-minute session is $90.

A calm, grounded approach
I work in a trauma-informed way — meaning safety, respect and your pace come first. You decide what you share and when.

Qualifications
Master of Counselling · ACA member · ongoing professional development. I hold a Master of Counselling (University of Canberra) and a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Swinburne), and I'm a member of the Australian Counselling Association, which means ongoing professional development and a code of ethics I work to.
How I work
My approach is person-centred: a calm, unhurried space where you feel heard and respected. Where they fit, I also draw on ACT and culturally sensitive practice.
